AVAILABILITY
Your order will be accepted as long as the product is still available in our stocks or the available stock of our suppliers.
When placing your order, you will be informed of the availability of the product you want to purchase. Nevertheless, if despite our vigilance, products prove to be temporarily or unavailable after your order, you will be informed of this as soon as possible by e-mail and you will then be able to cancel your order or adjust it. If the product prove to be permanently unavailable after the order, we will automatically cancel it and inform you.

PRICE
All prices are in euros and inclusive of VAT. Postage will be charged in addition to the order. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time but we commit to applying the prices in force at the time of your purchase.
ORDER
By confirming your order, you accept the order as well as all the present conditions of sale which are placed at your disposal on this site. This confirmation as well as all data we will record constitute a proof of the transaction.
Once your order confirmed, we will contact you within 48 hours to validate your order and communicate postage costs and proceed to the payment (credit card or cheque).

DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stipulated, delivery is made to the adress that you have given us while placing your order. You assume all risks from the date on which the products ordered have left our premises. Delivery times are only a rough guide unless, exceptionally, we are committed to respect a specific delivery date. If you decide to pay by bank cheque, the order will be processed only upon its reception and consequently delivery times will be affected

All items can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 clear days from reception of the order. Nevertheless, return costs will be at your expense, except if due to an error on our part. We will only take back or exchange products that are in good condition and in the original packaging as they were when we went them to you.
